Seattle, WA

The Stone Way is located in Seattle’s Wallingford neighborhood. The project is a mixed-use development with 59 apartments and 3 retail spaces.  The ground floor features stores and shops along Stone Way, bike and vehicle parking below grade and a roof deck offering views of downtown Seattle. The units are a mix of efficiency studios, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments.  We worked with our good friend and architect, David Foster Architects on this project.
